AIT Sports Co is in the process of introducing a new facility within the AIT International Arena. As a result it has an immediate need to equip a Gym, Group Exercise Studio and High Performance Training Area within the Arena. This contract seeks tenders from interested parties to provide the equipment and all ancillary components/items required to allow AIT operate a full service which includes the supply, delivery, installation and servicing of Gym and Studio equipment along with training of staff (up to 10) over 2 sessions post the installation date.
The successful tenderer will enter into an agreement with AIT Sports Co.
The gym facility will consist of:
- Gym;
- Spin Studio;
- Group Exercise Studio;
- High Performance Training Area.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The contracting authority will not conclude this contract to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned tenderers.
