This Crop Establishment contract covers all aspects of work required to deliver a one year growing crop to the 1 Year Growing standard. This Crop Establishment contract covers all aspects of work required to deliver a 2 year growing crop to the two Year Growing standard. Required standard is indicated in the tender document.
Operations included are:
- all manual, mechanical and maintenance operations;
- the supply of all materials including fencing, fertilisers, herbicides, pesticide for weevil control and plants for filling-in (Coillte will supply all plants for initial site planting);
- management of all on-site and associated establishment operations;
- monitoring the crop throughout the contract period.
