This notice for Annex IIB Category No 21 Legal Services is published voluntarily in the OJEU to bring it to the attention of the wider public and possible cross border interest, and is not subject to the timelines applicable to procedures covered by the Directive.
The objective of this RFT is to establish a panel of debt collection and legal Service Providers that will be appointed under a framework agreement for the provision of debt collection and legal services as and when required, and for specialist legal service providers that would be available to provide specialist legal opinions and advice as and when required. Tenderers are invited to tender debt collection or for selected categories of legal services and to provide prices as required in the pricing schedules of RFT for those services. This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Framework Agreement (‘FWA’) for the provision of Legal Services for the following Categories:-

Category B: Procurement,
Category C: Code Enforcement - Planning/ Building Control/ Fire Safety & Structures,
Category D: Code Enforcement - Environment,
Category E: Code Enforcement - Housing,
