- BREEAM consultant,
- Assigned certifier,
- Fire safety consultant.
Applicants must be capable of providing all the listed services to the IPS. Having regard to the range of services required, firms or individuals may combine to provide these services. It should be noted that other related construction consultancy services not covered by the above may be required on particular projects and may be drawn down from the framework.
